Head - Client Servicing - Global Digital Marketing Agency (9-15 yrs)
Oversee & Manage a set of accounts that work with us for digital marketing services
Role / Profile:
- Maintain good relationship with the clients. Responsible for organic business growth.
- Finance management & evaluate the response in terms of revenue.
- Scaling up client's SEM Campaigns (Dynamic bidding process, budget management, campaign enhancement and optimization)
- Achieve overall client objectives from the campaigns.
- Lead client meetings, internal weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
- Strong analytical and decision making skills to identify problem areas and the ability to take immediate corrective actions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with peer groups and executive leadership in order to achieve goals.
- A measurement-oriented approach to campaigns and business.
- Coach, guide, evaluate, and develop team members to be capable in meeting market challenges in strategy development, tactics planning and execution.
Skills Required:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical and decision making skills to identify problem areas and the ability to take immediate corrective actions.

- Must have handled high budget accounts
