Designation : Head - Channel Marketing  Function/Group : Business Development/Marketing   Experience : 12- 14 yrs   Location : Bangalore   What will you be doing?  Will drive marketing value by working with sales channels through:  - Understanding channel construct   - Understanding the Target customer and the role the channel plays in fulfilling his need  - Understanding sales and Brand drivers  Who are we looking for?   - Strong background in Retail industry/Automobile/Hardware firms in Channel Marketing/Sales   - Creating marketing programmes tailor-made to each channel and its requirements to derive business value in close conjunction with the Consumer Marketing team  - LFR  - OEM  - AP  - CP  - System Integrators  - GVLA  - Create and measure Insights, Reach, visibility, value, enablement and experience for brand at different channels  - Insights: Understand channel construct/footfalls/outreach/role/wallet share/potential  - Reach & visibility : Build reach & visibility initiatives amongst Target customers by working closely with Customer marketing :branding, ATL,PR through joint campaigns with OEMs/LFRs etc  - Value and enablement : Build calendarised marketing programmes, marketing material, web enablement, enhancement of partner value by working closely with Customer marketing to create partner engagement and build value  - Customer experience across channels is built to delight is a must
