For a Leading MNC Client of ours urgently looking for Head - Change Enabler & Organisation Capability Lead to be based at Mumbai.
Role Purpose:- Responsible for building long-term change management capabilities, specifically HR, within the company and establishing long-term strategy to change culture as required in order to move company and its entities into ‘future-fit’ organizations and support all future change.
- Provide change-related leadership
- Own change capability framework
- Build change capability
- Analyze and fill capability gaps, specifically for projects
- Build cultural change framework
Personal Specification:- Background in L&D, leadership and cultural change management
- Significant experience in executing change management programs/ leading large transformation projects
- Expertise in conducting/ facilitating behavioral training programs/ workshops
Education:-MBA-Premier B-School-1999-2001 Batch Only.
