We have an opportunity for Head C&B and Rewards with 12 yrs + exp from Tier I HR institute and having worked with branded dynamic organizations.

He should be a consistent top performer and expert with strong domain knowledge of PMS, C & B concepts and experience of working within matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, communication, organizing, influencing, negotiating , analytical creative and strategic skills .

Indepth knowledge of HRIS and use of analytical tools would be an added advantage .

He should also be innovative in thinking with a proven track record as C&B expert and be able to drive rewards and recognition strategy to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of all the businesses .

Position is Mumbai based.
