Head - Cash & Carry Business - Hypermarket & Cash & Carry Chain (8-20 yrs)
Position : Head-Cash & Carry Business (Hypermarket & Cash & Carry Chain-UAE)
Role :
- Head-Cash and carry will head the wholesale store management team. The role of the cash and carry head is to maximize profit from the cash & carry stores and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring systems and procedures are operating effectively.
Typical work activities include :
- Developing a plan to build the business by identifying and understanding local markets
- Developing strong business relationships with customers
- Ensuring customers receive a high level of service
- Overseeing the receipt of deliveries and dispatch of stock to be returned
- Meeting performance targets relevant to sales, wastage and returned stock
- Devising and running sales promotions
- Monitoring health and safety procedures within the store etc.
Requirements :
- 8-20 yrs of experience in Retail with extensive experience in the Cash & Carry Format
- Should have experience in managing the Cash & Carry business for a Store or a Group of Cash & Carry Stores
- Should have experience in multiple areas including developing business relationships with customers, service delivery management, operations, Sales & Sales Promotion Management, People management etc.
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
