Head - Capital Procurement - Pharma

Summary of Job (Purpose/ objective of the job)

The position will be responsible for Capex procurement activities of both Dosage & API plants and dealing with range of vendors for quality purchase and delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities (Performance Indicators)

- To handle capital procurement activities right from understanding the URS, floating the inquiry to vendors, vendor evaluation ( if required), getting the offers, coordinating for technical comparison and organizing vendors visiting for better understanding.

- Also to do commercial comparison, co coordinating for receiving the drawing from vendors, drawing approval, coordinating for ABG, PBG, inspection co ordination and road permits.

- EPCG license co ordination, delivery of materials, equipment's etc.

- Payment coordination for receiving the qualification documents.

Qualification & Experience - Experience: 12-15 years

- Engineering Graduate

Key

Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral) - Good communication skills-verbal & written

- At least 3-4 years of experience in PDL (Product Development Lab).

- 2-3 years of experience in Projects - Design or erections or validation & commissioning.

- 2-4 years of hardcore procurement experience in Dosage industry; Capex equipment's, spare parts, lab consumables etc.

- A self-starter and highly responsible individual with strong analytical abilities.

- Experience in processes related to solid Dosage form manufacturing.
