Head - Capacity Planning - Telecom (18-24 yrs)
Head - Capacity Planning
- Experienced in handling Head of End to End Capacity Planning will be responsible for E2E Capacity Planning of PAN INDIA Network cutting across all Domains.
- E2E Capacity planning with just-in-time network readiness without customer experience deterioration at any time even with business inputs variance achieving lowest TCO.
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, managerial and Strategic direction with respect to Short term & long Term measures to overcome Capacity Bottlenecks w.r.t LTE RAN, Air Interface, Backhaul etc
- Establish the Team, Processes, & Tools.
- Responsible for initiating consolidated Capacity Triggers using automation periodically.
Key Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement :
- Interface with Marketing team to collect the info for promotional offers & share the impact on promotions on different Geographies by timely analysis.
- Based on analysis of the Sales Projections, assess the growth factor for arriving at the E2E Capacity requirements for each Geography.
- E2E Capex Forecast.
