Head - Business Solutions Group - BFSI (13-18 yrs)
We are looking for Head Business Solution Group, Mumbai for one of our Financial Client.
Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Business Solutions Group (BSG) is to act as the bridge between the businesses and their functional needs, and the technology team.
The BSG understands business requirements, and translates/ articulates these in terms of appropriate technology solutions with the aim of ensuring business growth and scalability. BSG ensures that the technology team understands business specifications, and provides relevant technology solutions.
This role oversees efficient implementation of business solutions with the support of a team of skilled business analysts. The role ensures alignment of the Business Strategy with the overall IT strategy and blueprint, and is involved in evaluating solutions and vendors, planning and implementing projects, managing timelines & deliveries, testing new applications and managing change to ensure user-adoption. The role will be responsible for implementing the required Governance model for the BSG vertical.

Note: We are looking for a person who has worked in the core business side than the technology part. More exposure to the functional side than the technology side
