Location : Mumbai  Level / Grade : Grade 4   Reports To : Director  Department : Operations  Employee Status : Full Time  Minimum Qualification : MBA, specialization in Sales / Operations & At Least 8 - 10 years of Retail Ops experience  Role Summary  The role works at the direction of the Director and is responsible for directing all retail operations and staff, providing leadership and managing the department and all purchases to maintain growth and profitability.  Role Responsibilities :   - Manage P&L of the sales function and also finds opportunities to grow the business  - Managing the overall sales operations PAN India, setting and implementing processes in line with the organization guidelines  - Proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement  - Assisting Business Development team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies  - Monitoring the sales processes to ensure operational efficiency in the best interests of the company  - Monitoring the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization  - Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel  - Working closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.  - Providing input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.  - Partnering with HR in identifying and evaluating new sales support personnel  - Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operation.  - Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery by developing smooth operations at every branch.  Key Requirements :  - Ability to manage and control sales operations  - Ensuring Overall operation functions to ensure quality and smooth functioning  - In depth knowledge of branch and retail operations  - To generate targeted revenue by confirming positive cash flow of PAN India operations  - Expertise in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations  - Experience of developing procedures, service standard for business excellence  - Demonstrated leadership communication and problem solving skills
