Job Description :
As the Head- Business Manager for retail business you will be required to :
- Lead and manage a team of business managers for the retail business of the bank
- Lead the sales team to drive sales of retail assets, retail liabilities and TPP.
- Identify, develop and manage a network of channel partners
- Drive efficiency of the channel networks and direct sales team to achieve set targets for retail sales and cross sell while maintaining acquisition costs
- Device and implement sales strategy for internal and external channels for achieving desired results
- Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of customer service
Profile :
- You will come with 10-15 years of relevant experience in retail sales, business management and channel management. You would have managed a retail book of Rs.2000+ crores. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
