Job Description

Reporting into Group HR Head, you would be responsible for driving HR best practices across the business unit supporting fast paced growth. You would manage end to end HR and will support teams in HR policies, HR compliance, performance management, employee engagement, L&D etc.

Profile

- You would have 10 to 15 years experience in a HR business partner or generalist role working with a reputed FMCG, retail, food or consumer durable company.

- MBA from Tier -1 institute will be preferred.

- Very good interpersonal skills with strong track record of success in a business facing role.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance and labour laws working in a sales environment.
