- Major responsibilities include developing and managing HR processes like talent search, development and retention strategies, performance management, organizational learning, motivation strategies, succession planning, compensation restructuring, leadership & team building, change management, manpower planning & organization restructuring,
Employee Relations and Industrial Harmony
- Proactive HR oriented approach for building positive work climate in order to have healthy IR environment. Regular Professional/Personal oriented Counseling of Employees. (Internal Customer Orientation)
- Facilitate upward and downward communication through large scale Interactive session and In-house Newsletter, Let's chat session and effective use of Organization's communication platforms
- Interface with union representatives being member of Employee relations committee.
Human Resource Development:
- Ensure synergy between the individual excellence and team performance for process improvements and increased customer satisfaction
- Competency mapping and development
- Integration of performance management system with competency development program
- Launch management talent development program for succession planning
- Facilitate the acquisition and sharpening of relevant role specific skills and competencies by developing and executing internal training calendar.
