Urgent Vacancy with MNC for the position of Head - Business Finance

Location - Chennai

Qualification -CA/ICWA/MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities :

MIS & Review:

Performing financial Analysis, understand & translate into business language. reporting on monthly basis, monthly Profitability Reporting and Controlling spend versus Budget

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Reviewing the rolling forecast, all Cost Budgets & monitoring of actuals, liquidity forecasting for next three months for Treasury, sales forecasting, rolling Forecast for INCO for Transfer Pricing monitoring, 12 Months Liquidity Planning & Profitability key items.

You will also be responsible for

- Working closely with CFO, Business & Superior on preparation of GGP%

- Reviewing and supporting Divisions on their Forecasting Process

- Setting up perspective plan for INCO

Business Controlling & Treasure activities:

You will be responsible for credit block release process in cooling, following up with sales managers on AR and Cash on time reporting, funding planning and credit facilities in all segments and treasury authorization

Requirements for Education, Work Experience and Personal Characteristics :

- CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 10+ years of strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business controlling and treasuring activities.

- Strong business controlling skills

- Experienced in Treasury

- Strong communication skills written and verbal

- Proven administrative, leadership skills and management experience

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate, maintain and develop an effective team

- Experienced with working in a global matrix organization

- Ability to travel regularly

- High attention to detail and accuracy
