Head - Business Development - Software Product (5-8 yrs)
Seeking Sales professional with 5 yrs experience for Head - Business Development
Role & Responsibilities :
- Set and Achieve Sales targets month on month
- Manage the sales team
- Manage and Develop new and existing accounts
- Bring competitor intelligence/market intelligence to the table
- Create strategic partners to identify new business leads
- Drive Merchant level Initiatives and new feature pushes
Desired Skills and Experience :
- At least 4 years of Field Sales and Business Development Experience
- Should have prior experience of running a large team (at least 25 people)
- Should have prior experience of managing a P&L
- Experience of selling a software product/ high value subscription
- Prior start-up background will be preferred
- Prior experience of e-commerce must
