Business Development Head

Educational Qualification : BE/B.Tech/MBA

Experience : 6 - 10 yrs.

Location : Bangalore

- We are looking to add an experienced individual to our Business Development Team, who would be responsible for Setting the process & heading Business Development practice.

- He will be involved in generating and developing qualified leads.

- The candidate should have extensive experience in IT sales and conversion of leads.

- Have involved in attending conferences, meetup to engage & network industry leads to pitch the company services

- Must be willing to Travel in & Around India.

- He will be responsible for pitching our services to customers across industries to achieve the business goals of the company and meet the sales targets.

- Responsible for the end to end sales process from the RFI/RFPs to conversion and Account Management.

- Working with the delivery team to prepare Proposals, define scope and communicate requirement for execution.

- Participate in the development and implementation of the sales plan and programs ensuring consistency with the overall business plan of the company.

- Promote the company's services to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling and up selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.

- Develop existing client relationships, use references and generate leads. Ensure consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

Skills :

- Position requires 6 to 10 years of IT sales experience. Understanding of end to end sales cycle.

- Experience in the BFSI sector.

- Excellent command over the English language.

- Ability to work in a fast paced start-up environment.

- Relationship building skills Negotiation skills, Marketing and selling skills
