Head - Business Development - Infrastructure (10-20 yrs)
Key Deliverables:
Market & Product Development:
- Formulate overall business plan
- Develop market development plan
- Improve product and create value through new offers.
- Drive Creation of new designs of houses of different areas - upto 1500 sq ft unit, G+1, etc.
- Relationship building with influencers (Consultants, Architects, and Fabricators.)
- Liaison with government offices dealing in infrastructure projects where the potential of use exists.
- Improve product and create value through new offers
- Facilitate reduction of overall cost and introduce value offers
- Ensure Implementation of Quality Assurance process.
Channel Development & Management:
- Build capability of channel partners
- Continuously monitor channel structure and network
- Maintain channel health and maintain channel profitability
- Develop and ensure adherence to channel policy and guidelines.
Brand Management:
- Manage various ATL and BTL activities
- Develop PPA guidelines, ensure & facilitate its implementation
- Conceptualize brand campaigns
- Develop and ensure adherence to brand policy and guidelines
Commercial guidelines:
- Standardize pricing/sq feet mechanism for various type of project
- Analyze internal capabilities, constraints and imperatives for revenue maximization
ABP:
- Review business objectives in light of vision, top management's objectives, internal challenges, external environment (including competition), learning from the past
- Formulate PM along with projects to meet business objectives.
MIS:
- Monitor timely preparation of various periodic MIS for timely decision making
- Develop / re-design MIS depending on various needs of customers
People Development:
- Coaching of all junior officers in the group and sales team about various processes and initiative
- Compliance to training plan
Safety:
- Develop safety awareness campaigns among customers and distributors- organizations.
