A niche HR Consulting firm which offers uniquely customized solutions to organizations in the people /leadership development space is looking for a Head of Business Development.

Role

- New customer acquisition and business development

- Liaise with named strategic national clients and develop CXO level relationships

- Maintain high level of customer service in coordination with operations and other related teams

Skill Set

- Corporate Business Development - strategic accounts

- Concept sales, relationship management at CXO level

- Excellent Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs

Requirements

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 level Business Schools

- 10+ years of relevant corporate sales experience preferably in selling Psychometric Tools and products

- Demonstrated success in scaling business from leading corporates
