Head - Business Development - Engineering Services (14-28 yrs)
Client: Indian IT company based in Hyderabad
- Head Business Development will be responsible for managing new business development and key account for the Engineering Services vertical.
- The responsibilities of the incumbent will be supporting of Business Development Process which starts at the end of lead generation till converting potential prospects into a client.
Skills:
- Should possess thorough knowledge about industry landscape
- Should possess Pre-Sales knowledge and Architect Solutions for Large Bids with higher complexity
- Should possess experience in handling Customers effectively
- Should possess good understanding about drivers and pain points of different industries
- Exposure to delivery processes - Managed a delivery function independently
- Exposure to delivering Consulting Assignments for customers specific pain points
- Exposure to developing Solutions for industry specific pain points
- Should have good understanding of product and process engineering
- Should be articulate with strong customer management/ focus orientation.
Experience:
- Should have diverse experience in Engineering Services and should have managed BD process in the past for being effective.
