If you want operate at start up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service which customers love, Amazon Instant Video might just be the place for you.  Amazon.in is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to build out our network of partners across key verticals including mobile OEMs, carriers/ISPs and living room screens. As a member of the global business development team, you will own key global partnerships and strategic alliances that drive Amazon's interests in India. For India, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and efficiently negotiating deal terms with premium partners locally. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, partner integration and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our partners.  The ideal candidate will exhibit a strategic mindset focusing on long-term benefits for Amazon and our partners, strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast- paced, innovative climate. The role will require expertise both in internal team project management as well as working with leaders at major companies to strengthen partner relations and obsess over customer experience.  Maximizing these partnerships requires extending global partnerships in India, as well as conceptualizing new potential within partner segments, developing scalable account management strategies and driving for results for Amazon and our partners. The right person will:  - Build and own our India strategy for partnerships and alliances.  - Identify, recruit and scale new partners for AIV India.  - Manage existing global partnerships and identify new segments by becoming an expert in their India strategy/needs.  - Contribute to the global business development team strategy  - Own annual unit, revenue and customer growth objectives.  - Negotiate long-term deal terms and create simplified solutions for integration on partner platforms and managing ongoing performance.  - Help create the future of Indian digital entertainment with Amazon.  Basic Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred  - Proven experience conceptualizing, driving and closing large strategic alliances and partnerships  - 10+ years in Business Development or Product Marketing or Account Management in B2B customer-facing roles  - Ability to influence and negotiate with C-suite executives.  - Experience in mobile or mobile app ecosystem preferred  - Keen understanding of marketing models, especially affiliate marketing.  - Ability to establish credibility and work with business and technical owners.  - Excellent relationship management, communication and organizational skills.  - Good understanding of the digital landscape.  - Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment  Preferred Qualifications:  - Knowledge of digital video landscape  - Strong relationships and contacts with decision-makers in key verticals  Gaurav (+91-9650972244)
