Currently we have senior vacancies for Sales & Marketing Professionals based in Mumbai with our clients who are a very rapidly growing, professionally managed Financial Services organisation having started operations 3 years back. They have a very unique business model & offering which has been launched on the back of high-end technology platform. The concept has been very well received by the target audience and the organisation has been growing at over 30% quarter-on-quarter basis. Currently they are operational in 5 metros in India and plan to be in 8-10 metros by the end of the current financial year.

The positions are based in Mumbai and report to the CEO / Head-Sales & Marketing. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

Role :

- Launch, setup and manage business partnership for selling of products that will drive the company revenue growth.

- Engaging partner through various contests, rewards and recognition programs to achieve business objectives.

- Identify new opportunities and new markets, developing entry strategy, preparing roll out plans for sales and revenue generation.

- Ensuring long term viability and competitiveness of business by identifying evolving trends and preparing the business to face challenges.

- Monitoring competition, collecting and analysing market intelligence.

- Owing P&L responsibility, developing business strategy, translating it into operating plan and executing with the aim of improving market penetration/market share.

Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate would be MBA with 6-10 years relevant experience of which recent few years must be in Major Accounts Management in large organisations catering to the BFSI vertical.

- Must have strong skills in creating new Business Alliances. Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai.
