Head - Branding - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:
- Plan the marketing strategy, positioning & messaging in collaboration with Marketing Head, Channel Heads & other senior leaders of the organization.
- Responsible for creating a brand for the Organisation in the retail and banca channels of business.
- Preparation of Brand Plan Working with the Product Managers / Business Heads to execute the brand plan.
- Own the process of conducting through competitive analysis - competitive advertising and sales promotion activities, SOE, SOV and regular updations to the Management.
- Develop and manage organisation internal as well as external events / conferences / press meets / seminars / training programs.
- Integrate online marketing function into all efforts to help drive direct sales leads, sales revenue, and measure marketing impact; leverage social media for better brand recognition.
- Handling Advertising, Local Promotions and Product Support thru interactive liaison- internally and externally.
- Planning and executing Annual Budgets & Communications for all products.
- Undertaking Market Research, Market Analysis & MIS and Monitoring Competitor's activities.

- The right candidate is solution oriented, builds relationships and is willing to take responsibility and initiative.
- He/She will have a proven capability for managing a full range of marketing processes, both strategic and tactical.
- He/She is comfortable working independently or as a team member on market research and new business opportunities. Positive can-do attitude, cooperative, non-confrontational spirit and strong customer service skills are essential.
- The candidate is able to adjust to constantly changing conditions in a rapidly expanding business, displaying a positive attitude toward new opportunities and change.
- Finally, this is an individual contributor role, so we are looking for someone who is high energy, very hands on, entrepreneurial mindset, creative in driving mindshare and customer adoption through innovative marketing programs.
Desired Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours):
- MBA with a specialization in Marketing from a good Institute / University.
- Total experience of 10 - 15 years in FMCG / Service / Banking / BFSI Industry.
- Must have handled a brand independently.
