They have penetration in urban as well as rural markets and also have a wide exports network due to the brand connect the products have even with the international markets. A highly driven and well knit organization in terms of structure.

Job Description :

- Works on a holistic strategy for building the brands of the organization. Vision is to grow to becoming India's largest Beverage Company and building a substantial Foods portfolio.

- The role involves laying out a portfolio strategy in line with vision of introducing products to India that have never been experienced before by the Indian consumer. At the same time strategizing the construct of the product & marketing strategy such that it is a line that will find natural and mass scale acceptance amongst the unique Indian consumer palate.

- The role is also in charge of leading the communication strategy & executing the same at a National & Global level. It involves working with various external agencies based out of India and Internationally to develop the most break through communication plans for the brands, so as to make a large impact in the market & gain high market share & top of mind recall for the brand.

- It is important to have exposure across traditional and new age mediums through which the strategy will be deployed.

- Being able to craft the overall execution strategy and oversee the operation is critical.

The Successful Candidate :

- It is a must for the person in this position to have a very detailed understanding of the youth of India, the mass of India, & to be very in tune with the key youth trends across the country.

- The person requires to be very open minded & forward thinking, with the ability to think of and take on things that have not been done or seen before.

- Additionally be able to execute impeccably with a very serious level consciousness towards quality of creative execution across mediums.

- We require someone who can multitask, work under tremendous pressure & who has the experience of handling large scale campaigns valued at over a 100 crores and above.

- He/ She must be well networked within the advertising & marketing fraternity so as to be able to access all the support required while executing the strategy.
