Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by one of our key eCommerce clients "Amazon" for the mandate of "Lead - Marketing & Brand" to lead the offline marketing vehicles including TVC's/ radio/ print and activation.

Position Objective:

- This person would be responsible for building and strengthening existing and proposed brands within the business.

Responsibilities Include:

- Work closely with Leadership team to understand specific marketing goals and objectives, prioritize initiatives and allocate marketing resources as appropriate.

- Secure and manage brand collaborations and partnerships.

- Develop and execute innovative social media branding initiatives in order to create buzz, further engage our customer, grow friends/followers, and build loyalty.

- Own CRM, including email communication strategy, analysis, and insights.

- Develop PR strategy & manage agency and activities.

- Responsible for all communication - both creative and media selection - across all channels - ATL (TV, Radio), BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media), Online creative, social media and also PR.

- Manage Media planning and media buying.

- Oversee marketing calendar to ensure fully integrated programs are planned and executed timely.

- Oversee departmental projects and manage workflow from inception to execution while meeting deadlines.

- Budget management & results reporting.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments including Products, technology, Sales and operations.

- Manage digital & social and in-house creative teams.

Desired Qualities & Traits:

- MBA in Marketing from reputed colleges like MICA, IIM etc.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Agency/brand management kind of roles Strong leader who can manage people and meet deadlines

- Highly creative. Out of the box modern innovative thinker

- A highly collaborative team player with a track record of partnering with others to meet objectives

- Superior analytical skills to compile, analyze and leverage data to adapt plans quickly

- Entrepreneurial self starter

- Demonstrated interest in using new media(social, content marketing, Virals) to deliver on marketing objectives and drive brand engagement.
