MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Brand Management
- Plan, suggest and secure senior management approval for rollout of various strategic initiatives for reaching the No. 2 position in the industry.
- Manage and monitor the Brand Image and action plan to enhance it. Rollout the brand platform-within the company & various touch points. Brand implementation workshops involving all functions, employees, partners and dealers to live the Organization brand in all customer touch-points including dealerships(look and feel & experience) Review the brand identity and refresh and re-launch in 2013.
- Drive/Manage the brand /communication related all activity for new range of products including- pet names, badging,positioning , launch activities etc
- Design/ drive all communication activities including media for reinforcing product specializations.
- To be the focal point for All Brand related initiatives in the company
2. Marketing Communication
- Managing the advertising agency and other agencies responsible for marketing
- Measure efficacy of media spent /promotion spent regularly.
- Control of advertisement and sales promotion budget
- Support Sales & After Sales in organizing Auto Expo, Seminars, Exhibitions, Road Shows, Product Launches and Customer Events
3. Long Term
- Development of a CRM system.
