We are executing an exciting assignment as Head - B2B Sales & Partnerships with one of the fastest start up online education company in Mumbai.  The KRA's would be :  - The person shoulders the overall new sales development & partnerships for online solutions for entire the organization.   - Responsible for ideation of innovative ways of scaling up business to meet and exceed the allocated quotas through promotional schemes and projects.   - Core responsibility is ensuring consistent and robust sales growth through the on-field sales team across different regions.   - Manpower projections, recruitment, selection, training, skill development, presentations, reports, market intelligence, etc. fall under the realms of his overall responsibility.   - Direct contribution in driving the development of B2B partnership accounts whilst managing performance and business development.  - Will be connecting with CXO's, Promoters of companies for the market penetration of the Programs,  - High level contract negotiation, account management, performance management with partners.  The ideal candidate should have :  - A minimum of 10 years senior B2B business and corporate sales experience ideally selling into the services industry.  - MBA from Top Tier B - School.  - A background selling products and services within sectors such as "IT services, online education programs, E commerce products".  - Background of working with similar subscription or technology solutions.  - Clear understanding of account management.  - Deep understanding of corporate and institutional buying cycles.  - Solution selling and Concept Sales.  Compensation will not be a constraint for a suitable candidate.
