Job Description:
To enhance business performance and deliver market share & revenue/ acquisition objectives in the B2B segment
- Define and execution of the strategy for vertical
- Ensure Revenue growth of all LOBs, identify gaps in revenue leakage & fix them. New opportunities for revenue growth
- Ensuring quality acquisition by way of right processes & policy in place
- GTM Plan for all FL/Postpaid /DATA/New Products
- Pricing control to ensure high Acquisition CR and customer retention
- Inventory projection & planning for CPE, SIMs etc.. for all product
- Channel appointment, GAC policy and timely payouts, customized products for B2B accounts basis their requirement
- Run program, institution tie up, Seminar participation
Major Challenges :
- High competitive intensity, putting pressure on pricing and margins
- Degree of customization required by customers
- Execution issues, leading to loss of orders/ revenue and putting pressure on customer relationships
