Head/AVP/VP/Director - Human Resource

We are in search for Head/AVP/VP/Director - HR for one of our VC client's (For one of their portfolio Companies).

Looking for someone with 12-20 years of rich experience with Internet or cloud based IT product development companies.

Job Description:

- Make significant impact in the areas of employee engagement through innovative events, communication processes and reward & recognition programs.

- Bring about a culture of learning & development by technical/functional, behavioral to transformational workshops through unconventional learning programs.

- Create the performance pay plan, launch retention plans and many benefits.

- Streamline HR processes leading to efficiency and effective service delivery.

- Hire and assimilate senior management to entry level people.

This is a Bangalore Based role.
