Exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading BFSI firm as a Head Legal.  Job Title:-Head Legal   Job Location:-Gurgaon  Job Description:-  Handling legal, regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchange and compliance matters for Indian Business independently and in cooperation with relevant GR functions based on general guidance of direct manager.   - Structuring, negotiating & finalizing all kinds of business/commercial contracts and amendments thereto in line with the strategies of the Bank foreseeing.   - Drafting, agreeing with business and all stake holders, implementing all legal/regulatory materials (electronic, paper, scripts, etc) related to touch points with potential and existing customers of the Bank   - Anticipating & mitigating compliance and operational risks   - Implementing standardization of contracts & processes.   - Advice management with respect to legal issues related to the development and implementation of its business strategy, governance and compliance policies, employment law matters, conflict of interest policies, corporate structure.   - Drafting, vetting of internal policies and guidelines.   - Providing complete legal support to the Bank Project, involving handling - Unusual Events, legal opinions, responses to statutory notices, cases of frauds, FEMA issues and other statutory compliance etc.   - Legal partner for all strategy, planning needs for banking/financial business which that help in taking critical business decisions, active participation in work streams as per business need.   - Duties as required time to time by direct manager, Head of Legal & Compliance.   key Skills:-  10 years + experience in Legal & Compliance role, specific to Banks or financial services.   - LLB and CS is must   - The ability to understand a business requirement and translate it into a clear and articulate creative solution   - Ability to create and execute customer centric solution in line with business plan   - Enthusiasm and drive to - make things happen- in an innovative and engaging way.   - A keen analyst with proven abilities in liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and external agencies including ROC, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Banks, Financial Institutions, etc   - Capability to conceive appropriate legal strategies keeping in view the business needs and market realities in which the corporate are operating
