Additional Qualification (Desired)- Exposure to Autocad / Solidworks / Catia V4/V5 & SAP

Role Summary

- Oversee overall bus design includes Chassis & integration

- Set Design Validation and monitoring

- Set procedures for Reliability of buses & ensure adherence to the plan

- Ensure assembly drawings & specifications are made in set standards; and are 3D modeled

- Ensure design reviews on regular basis

- Analysis of design issues for models and solution probing

- Set standardized procedures to reduce repetitive activities

- Strategic Initiatives to be reviewed on a regular basis to align with the organizational goals

- Product design to improve Process efficiency and realizations from those processes

- Work with Business Excellence team to chalk out improvement plan

- Coordinate with TML to acquire & implement quality system documents and various bus development programs

- Good understanding of Engineering Drawings (2D/3D)

- Knowledge in Latest Technology in automotive industry preferably commercialpassenger vehicles

- Knowledge of bus process (Production line activities)

Experience Range - Around 20 Years

Age Group - 35 to 45 Years
