For Packages with bus as the mode of travel, the market is very large with very little organized online presence, which also represents a big opportunity.   The objective for ibibo Group is to emerge undisputedly as the largest online travel business in India, spanning many travel categories through its portfolio businesses - redBus, goibibo and travelboutiqueonline.  Role definition:  - The head of analytics at Redbus analyses realms of data that support business decisions - be it in analysing clickstream or behavioural data with product for optimizing funnels, dynamic segmentation and targeting for tailor-made offers, real-time bid optimization to reign-in the huge spends that we make on our paid marketing or call-centre optimization through intelligent dashboarding and some cool predictive analysis that helps us discriminate potential converts.  - The Analytics team sits in the middle of Product, Marketing, call centre teams and not just supply data but also intelligence from the data that drives decisions across the board.
