Head Analytics - Indian Bank

Responsible for :

- Building Analytics as a horizontal capability across all the Banking Verticals - Risk & Fraud, Marketing, Pricing, Service and Collections

- Drive strategies for "Growth" and "Performance" of Analytics by delivering tangible P&L gains Data led Innovations and strategies for customer acquisitions and relationship management across the lifecycle

- Business Intelligence, Campaign Operations and Management

- Relationship Management with Analytic, Data and Technology Partners

- Technology scoping for long term Business Intelligence and Analytic capabilities.Lead a team of highly skilled professionals

- Responsible for designing and building systems that organize the data for efficient retrieval and analysis through implementing ETL programs which feed data warehouses, across various entities of the bank and its affiliates, establishing pipelines for feeding this data to various touch points where customer interactions take place, and building reporting systems that provide the right information at the right time in the right format for senior management consumption.

- Responsible for establishing appropriate data infrastructure from the ground-up. Selection and installation of the right hardware and software platforms, defining and institutionalizing processes to ensure regular updates to and reporting of the data, and specifying delivery formats for various touch points where the data is consumed.

- Design and implementation of customer segmentation models to decide and execute initiatives to best engage the customer and drive integrated, cross-channel, communication plans based on identified needs and characteristics of the customer segment.
