Role : Head Strategic Alliances & System Integrators

Reports to : Vice President -Channels & SI

Skill Set Required :

- Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having 15-18 years of experience in driving/leading and expanding relationships with SI partners, ISVs and OEMs and growing these relationships strategically, revenue-wise across geographies

- Strong experience in consultative sales of IT products and solutions.

- Alliance and partnership with Large SI.

- Strong drive towards goals and proven track record of quota achievement.

- Excellent planning and organizing skills.

- Strong understanding of business goals and ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies to meet those goals.

- Ability to motivate, guide and lead the teams and help them to achieve their goals. This would include the ability to play the role of a mentor.

- Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi-cultural environment.

Job Description :

Business Strategy :

Business Strategy for Software Products & Solutions across verticals including:

- Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for SI team

- Identify, develop and expand relationships with all SI partners, ISVs and OEMs

- On-board, train, enable and motivate all SI partners in the given territory.

- Mapping of Focused set of SI partners at a global level and drive quarterly business reviews with each - Focus- partner

- Knowledgeable of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.

- Maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account;

- Generate business opportunities through various SI partner through events, webinars, GTM's etc.

- Escalate and resolve SI partner issues when required and appropriate.

Relationship Management :

- Must be able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas.

- Builds multi-level relationships with its partners including top level.

- Produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with various SIs and ISVs.

- All customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.

- Participate in various local & global events, conferences and seminars

Competition :

- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.

- Establishing as focused solutions provider in BFSI/Government//BPO/SSC/ industry.

People Management :

- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

- Enable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.

- Plan, control and direct activities of team to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.

- Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects

Operational Responsibilities :

- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
