Job description:

- Develop the consulting arm of the organization. Will be responsible for Business Development and execution of consulting projects. Will also be responsible for P&L of the HR Consulting arm

The ideal candidate should have experience in HR consulting delivery in some but not restricted to these areas:

- Employee Engagement, Change Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Culture, Succession Planning, Assessments, L&D.
