Manage a team of Advance Analytics Team
Responsible for development and ownership of Advance Analytics Projects
- Deliver on customer analytic capability projects like Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Decision Optimization solutions, Time Series based insights, Insights based on bureau trended attributes etc.
- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
- Own and manage solution design till pre-production stage such that the workflow integration of production deployment is seamless
- Act as subject matter expert in Customer Analytics and collaborate with IT, Portfolio Risk Managers for right solution construct
- Set-up of continuous Design-of-Experiments to determine study sensitivity due to process changes
- Assess impact of various customer analytic recommendations and implementations. Continuously track them to determine effectiveness
- Define and continuously refine modelling methodologies and solutions for customer management
Required Skills and Qualification
- BE/BTech in computer science or information systems from a leading institute.
Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Deep understanding of analytics framework, Big Data analytics solution
- Excellent understanding of statistical methodologies and algoriths, such as Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Linear Programming, etc.
- Great communication skills
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik etc.
- Good scripting and programming skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase desirable
- Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
Please Note: Required candidate worked for Banking & financial Service Industry. Or KPO / BPO but should have worked on BFSI projects in the analytics space.
