Job Title Head - Accounts & Finance
Department Finance and Accounts
Location Chembur
Job Specifications - The candidate should be CA / MBA Finance with at least 15 to 20 years of post qualification experience of this at least 5 to 10 years experience of heading Finance & Accounts function. He should be from a Real Estate Company having annual turnover between 100 to 200 Cr.
- The candidate must have an expertise of Finance, Cash Flows, MIS.
- Gender - Male, Preferably around 45 to 50 years of age
- Staying in Central Suburbs or should have travel time of less than an hour for reaching to Chembur
Job Responsibilities - To act as a Business Enabler for young Core Group between 40 to 45 years of Age.
Finance, Budget, Cash Flow & MIS:
- To negotiate on terms of financing with Banks / NBFCs / Investors & raising the Loans at the cheapest interest rates.
- To project & control Finances, Cash Flows & MIS
Accounts & Internal Controls
- To ensure closure of all books of accounts on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
- To absorb the current Organizational processes, systems, controls & suggest and implement the improvements in the same.
Taxation & Litigation:
- To enable Business Unit Heads in terms of structuring of JV deals
- To coordinate with The Management, External Tax consultants (Direct & Indirect) on Assessments, Scrutiny, and other tax proceedings
Leadership of the Dept:
- To lead the team from the front, and demonstrate by setting an example by him of a Work-o-holic spirit.
- To disseminate the information Appropriately to The Management, Tax Advisors, Tax Lawyers & to the Team members.
- To communicate with the Management, Tax Advisors, Sr. Tax Officials, Counsels, etc in an appropriate way with relevant data & records.
- To recognize, evaluate outsourcing agencies. Appoint and coordinate with the same for certain Finance & Accounts function to maintain lean Organization Structure.
- To drive ERP implementation across the company

Exposure to ERP will be an added advantage.
