Urgent Hiring for a Startup Company.  Location : Gurgaon  Qualification: C.A  Role :  To direct all the Accounting functions of Group companies. To be an effective organizational leader, balancing the responsibilities of stewardship with business partnership by acting as an integrator and navigator for the organization.   Reporting To: SVP-Accounts  Responsibilities :  Accounting Operations Management :   - Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, Budget audit requirements.  - Prepare the final P&L and Balance Sheet - and handle statutory audit, with full responsibility for statutory and accounting compliances.  - Be fully familiar with Tally / ERP-9 accounting software.  - Improve and monitor the Internal Audit policies and procedures on a regular basis  - Ensure the internal audit activities is compliant with company SOPs  - Have existing excellent relationships with banks - and optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.  - Represent the company with investment Bankers and Investors & doing the fund raising activities.  - Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.  - Manage cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.  - Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance matters.   - Oversee budgeting and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.  - Manage and track the performance of budgets vs actual.  Team Management :   - Mentor and develop a team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.  Exposure to industries like Agriculture, Solar, Energy, Logistics, Infra, Food Business and Services would be an added advantage.   Vikas Chopra
