Client Details

Our client with a history of 30 plus years in the Indian market, also have operations in US. They are a known name in their Industry in the manufacturing space & have experience exponential growth in the recent years. Looking to scale up their operations in India & abroad, they are looking to hire the Head of Accounts for their pan India operations.

Description

Reporting directly into the CFO & working closely with the MD, you will be responsible for:

- Management of AP / AR / GL

- MIS / Budgeting

- Quarterly/Yearly Financials closing

- SAP Improvisation

- Coordination with all Auditors

- Internal Risk Assessment

- IFRS

- Creation of in-house team

- Potential to lead Banking / Costing / Tax department

- Account Reconciliation

- Leaning Exercise in Financials

- Improvisation of W.C Cycle

Profile

You are a qualified Chartered Account with 12 plus years of post qualification experience, with at least 5 plus years in a manufacturing concern. You are open to travel to the plant in Punjab & work for 2 days in a week from there. You are well versed with the accounting & reporting in an ERP (preferably SAP) environment. You have prior experience of leading a team but with a hands on approach.
