Role : Head - Accounts, Audit & Tax - Financial Firm

Our Client one of the leading Financial firms is looking to hire someone who is willing to work as Head Accounts, Audit & Tax.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- This is to oversee the sub functions of Accounts & Finance viz Accounts, Taxation and Audit

- Manage complete ownership of financial statements

- Oversee day to day Accounting, GL, P&L, Balance sheet

- Manage and handle all AR & AP

- Complete ownership of invoices, billings, and control

- Complete ownership of calculation & filing of returns including direct & Indirect Taxes

- Stay abreast with the latest Accounting practices & taxation laws to suggest the management with the most complete & relevant solutions

- Liaise with Tax Authorities as in when required

- Be the face of the company with Banks and all Authorities related to Accounting, Taxation, Compliance & Audit

- Regular bank reconciliation, inter branch reconciliation

- Overseeing management of cheques, bank payments, receipts

- Coordination with External Auditors

- Planning and Budgeting. Annual Operating Budget and quarterly tracking

- Contribute to Business Plans, Budget designing, planning & forecasting & Month Closings
