About our Client: Our client is a UK Based MNC, specializing in business, enterprise as well as carrier solutions to various sectors like Telecom, IT, and Financial Services. With a customer- oriented vision, they are looking at hiring key talent for the capability center set up in Delhi NCR. They are currently hiring for a Head of Accounting & Reporting based out of their office in Gurgaon

Job Description: Reporting directly into the Global Head, you will be responsible for:

- Control Closing & Reporting cycle' in new finance operating model with CoE Controllers & General accounting team.

- Manage Group Consolidation and A&R of Streams., Accounts & Entities not covered in the business CoE's.

- Review Country Reporting packs & Support Onshore Finance Managers on Taxes & statutory Compliances.

- Control Monthly, Quarterly, Half year and Annual Closing & Reporting cycle in FSSC with CoE teams, Country Controllers & General Accounting.

- Manage General Accounting of streams, accounts & entities not covered in defined CoE's, ensuring that actual financial results are complete, accurate, timely, consistent and in full compliance each month with Company policy.

- Preparing related detailed commentary and assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

- Manage Group Year End Audit & GIA Reviews ensuring timely closure of issues and completion as per audit programme

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 10+ years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment having experience in the fields of overall Financial Accounting and Reporting.

- You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments. Exposure to Oracle 11i/12 will be an added advantage.

- Excellent people skills, creativity, enjoy problem solving and have attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the financial information prepared is a must.
