HDFC Realty - Valuation Manager (3-5 yrs)
Experience: In real estate in Delhi NCR region (could have worked prior in IPCs, NBFCs or Independent Real Estate agencies like RBSA, Infrastructure Consulting companies).
Education Qualifications: Masters/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Architecture or Town Planning or Civil Engineering or any real estate course from premier colleges in India.
Job Description:
The candidate is expected to be lead team member in Delhi NCR region.
He/She should have significant work experience handling both valuations and consulting assignments in Delhi NCR region and North India.
Work experience in other regions of India an advantage.
The candidate should be able to undertake business development, execute assignments and undertake client account management too.
The candidate should be presentable, have good communications skills and should have fluency in English including report writing.
The candidate is expected to travel for assignments across North India.
