HDFC Realty - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Communications (8-10 yrs)
HDFC Realty is an end-to-end Real Estate advisory company with a pan-India presence across 23 key cities and a 300+ team of experienced professionals.
Key services include Leasing/Sale & Purchase of Residential & Commercial Properties to Land Purchase & Pricing, and also Consulting & Valuations, and Capital Market advisory services, for a pan India customer base including top Corporates and Developers.
We are looking for a senior resource to lead marketing team at our Corporate office, Mumbai.
Location : Home office, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
The incumbent would :
- Planning and implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns for leads generation, digital marketing, social media, events/ forums and PR.
- Work closely with the Sales teams on channelizing effective marketing strategy across regions and products
- Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in-house promotional materials and publications and organizing promotional activities.
- Overseeing the production of advertising and marketing communications materials.
- Creating presentations which are used in training, corporate presentations, and as sales tools
- Team Management
Job Specific Skills :
- Self motivated individual with expertise in online as well as offline marketing
- Good understanding of the business preferable, real estate sector
- Articulate and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Qualification and Experience : MBA from a reputed B- school with 8 - 10 years of experience in Marketing field.
