The incumbent would be :   - Responsible for maintaining books of accounts on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis  - Responsible for preparing yearly budget as per revenue forecast  - Coordinating with Group Company for accounts finalization  - Managing a team of resources for accounts and MIS role  - Supervising revenue and performance data prepared by the MIS team  - Overlooking calculation of employee incentives  - Presenting company's performance data to top management on a regular basis  - Ensuring regular follow up with sales team for collection of brokerage  - Ensuring vendor payments are done as per the terms agreed upon  - Handling Company's internal audit, statutory audit and taxation matters  - Responsible for internal control and compliance   Job Specific Skills :  - Knowledge on statutory compliances like service tax, TDS, Provident Fund, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, etc   - Hands on knowledge of finalising and preparation of Balance Sheets   - Liaisoning with auditors   - Should have supervised salary processing   Qualification & Experience :   - CA with 6- 8 years of experience in accounts and MIS role with a reputed firm preferably from BFSI/ Real Estate industry
