Job Description:

- Must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring Business from HNIs & Wealth Clientele.

- Should have experience in selling Pre leased Commercial office Space.

- Develop and maintain database of the High net worth customers for Business Development.

- Support Business Development team by providing them Market Intelligence about the prospective target.

- Should have knowledge of activities happening in real estate sector especially- commercial office space/IT Parks/SEZ.

- Knowledge about legal documentation involved in property sales would be an advantage.

- Responsible for PMS & retainer ship opportunities to increase annuity income.

Also initiating a fee based income model.
