Unit Head - Retail Asset Operations  Business Banking & Systems :   - Representing Operations in cross-functional interactions, liaising with various stake-holders like Product, Credit, QIG, Collections, RIC, BPRG etc. for implementation of new products, processes or systems  - Supporting Business / Product groups for seamless process implementation  - Communicating new products, processes & policies to all Operations teams  - Critically evaluating existing processes & systems to suit business requirements, policy changes & amendments in regulatory guidelines  - Analysing outcome of process reviews and making suitable amends therein  - Ensuring Branch / CPU processes/revision in processes are documented & duly approved by authorities in Retail Asset Operations  - Ensuring update of processes, policies, Operations checklists, document formats etc. on the intranet site for ready reference of line teams  - Ensuring standardization of processes  - Conducting CPU process audit & highlighting gaps in processes, if any   - Suggesting new systems/processes to address such gaps & for better management of Operations  - To explore possibilities of replacing manual checks with system checks through automation/system enhancements  - Assessing Operational Risks and exploring system controls to mitigate them  - Reviewing Audit reports & ensuring appropriate response to the queries   Systems :   Deviation control : LOS and Lasersoft for RA & BB Operations, BB Product, Credit, Gold Loan, RIC, BPRG, Inventory Funding.  Projects - Lasersoft, Finnone, Shock, and Awe  - Evaluate deviation requirements from users and advice best possible solutions for implementation  - Ensure Development, Testing, Approvals, Feedback and Roll out of deviation controls.  - Participate in Ops brainstorming projects and provide controls to implement the projects.  - Provide ground support to users for issues related to controls implemented.  - Ensure speedy modifications required for regulatory controls due to change in regulations from time to time like RBP, service tax and Base rate changes.  - Reporting to management on the controls implemented.  - Evaluate processes and user requirements to identify the system changes needed for TAT/Efforts reduction, process efficiencies, regulatory changes, project/product requirement, Cost rationalization and revenue maximisation.  - Run through the project cycle of Concept Note, Requirement Document, FSD, User Review and implementation.  - Provide training / Roll out and technical support to users for implementations  - Provide for cost justification and advisory support for changes raised by other units impacting Operations.  - Provide wish list and budget for Ops projects.  - Raise gaps in the system to BPRG and implement resolutions.
