Responsibilities:
Analyse Lead Quality:
- Ensure each managed customer's requirement, through Leads generated, is processed promptly and post due consideration of the overall relationship with the bank.
- Case level tracking of cases logged in with the bank for decisioning and TAT.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including Underwriting, Asset Sales, RMs, Supervisors to maximise conversions of cases logged in.
- Ensure there is minimal loss on account of Contactability, Interest, Eligibility; through joint review by the respective RM, SM.
- Drive efficiency and get business out of the lead tracking activity.
- Drive behavioural change in the channel to follow lead generation process as well as status updation by the fulfillment team.
- Ensure agreed process is followed to generate - Urgent- lead as per the criteria and feedback is received on the lead is conclusive.
- Monitor TAT & Lead Aging.
- Maintain a track business generated from the reviewed leads.
- Weekly report on feedback analysis to be published.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously share learning with branch banking, campaigns unit and asset product team to improvise the process of lead generation to lead conversion.
- Ensure communication on educating the channel to follow process for Lead Generation.
- Aid the channel in their problem areas like product features, pitching, process, etc.
- Identify training gaps for channel and communicate the same to the Product Team.
- Take Konnect sessions, DYKs on Asset processes, Release product pitches for asset products, etc.
Team Management:
- Effectively manage the ADFC staff to get the desired productivity.
- Motivating the resources in the team for accuracy & effective work.
- Guiding and grooming on regular basis.
