PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES.  (List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results)  Key Result Areas:  - Achieving Annual Revenue Targets set up for HNW portfolio- Cr Target planned through campaigns  - Testing - Bundled, Multichannel & Multiwave approach to be implemented across campaigns- % growth in no of Multiwave campaigns, % campaigns that are multichannel, % of the campaigns are bundled  - New initiatives: Reach, VRM, Offer based campaigns, YTD not met: Going after entire managed base for the asset campaigns, Setting up on boarding processes for VRM segment, Initiating offer based campaigns.   - Innovation: Explore, identify and establish analytical campaign roadmap for the product group's basis their business need. Set up the CLCM framework for NRI, Current Account and Demat as these product groups are new to Campaigns.   Description of the Relationships and Roles:  - Ensure end to end tracking of business results on all campaigns with feedback utilised to ensure real time course corrections.   - Maintain a track of all campaigns and publish results monthly.  - To identify and encourage opportunities for innovative campaigns  - To ensure that all product / business needs are supported and met through timely and high quality campaigns. Category of campaigns - Awareness, Launch, Business growth, Usage, Promotional  - To manage internal stakeholders and provide customer insights on product designs / experiences   - To ensure that all campaigns in line with the laws of the land and are compliant.  3.
