HDFC Bank - Relationship Manager - Capital & Commodity Market (2-10 yrs)
- Managing Domestic Stock/ Commodity Brokerage clients
- Responsible for the growth of the portfolio: Nurture existing relationship to generate business & acquire new relationships - ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream
- Credit Management, Compliance & Housekeeping: Includes getting CAM prepared, SRM, timely renewals, obtaining and closing deferrals, preparation of call memos, quarterly results, TOD management, Documents - Pre-sanction and post-sanction etc.
- Ensuring the quality of Portfolio: Be on the lookout for stress signs in the client operations / activity and address them.
- Customer profiling - identifying cross sell / revenue increasing opportunity
- Effective management and resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
- Regular Branch interaction, Daily servicing of customer, Co-ordination with internal departments for service deliveries.
- MIS Preparation, Analysis and compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirement - Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills
- Requires sound operational process knowledge of the Banking.
- Candidates having fair knowledge of Capital and Commodity Market and related activities would be given preference.
- Good MIS preparation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Post Graduation in Management
