Reporting line : Regional Head HR

Location : Mumbai

Band : Manager / Sr. manager

Purpose Of The Job :

- Talent Acquisition,

- Employee Engagement,

- Performance Management,

- Training and Development and

- HR Operations.

RSM is responsible for managing allotted Portfolio, in managing & engaging with Managers & Employees, handle escalations; strong focus on Junior and middle level employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

- Sourcing Mix - focus on preferred channel

- Competition Mapping - for top 5 Banks for critical vacancies

- Pipeline of candidates for few functions

- Vacancy TATs to be maintained as per requirement

- IJW Release/Tracking - monitoring efficient IJW movements

- Zero re-works to be ensured

- Open Offers to be kept minimum by ensuring right hiring

- Candidate/Consultant Experience to be positive with timely feedback

HR Initiatives :

- 1o1 - RSMs to interact with staff in a focused way

- VoE to be administered and analyzed with feedback to Supervisors

- Upward Feedback for Supervisors with team of 5 or more with analysis to be shared along-with actionable

- PMS Survey-focused post Appraisal cycle with targeted staff from each Function

- CD for top performers with feedback on actionable and managing their career progression

- Monthly Reports - timely and capturing all HR Initiatives covered

- Scorecard - to be maintained as per parameters

Operational Excellence :

- SPOC for line managers on HR operational issues during the employee life cycle (Includes Offers, on-boarding and new joinee formalities, leave, transfers, system, PPR, Exits etc.)

- Adherence to TAT

Location Visits :

- Focus on location visits covering all kinds of locations and Business Units in case of central functions.

- Key Locations (State Head/High attriting/Focused) to be traveled to consistently

Additional Responsibilities :

- Special Projects to be taken up as per need, ensuring compliance of operational excellence and facilitate to get employees training needs are met & fulfilled

Knowledge & Skill Requirements :

- Sound academic background, preferably from tier 1 & 2 Colleges.

- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.

- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.

- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

- Effective oral and written communication.

- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality

- Excellent organizational skills.
