SPECIFICATIONS:

- Full-time Specialist experience of at least 4 years in Industrial Relations is necessary. Need not apply in the absence of IR experience please.

- University degree in Law will be preferred.

- Extremely good oral & written communication skills in English for drafting and internal communication.

- Experience level for 1 position in Gurgaon/Delhi - 7 to 10 years

Experience level for 1 position in Kolkata - 5 to 7 years

- PSU Bankers with IR/ER experience shall be preferred.

- Position requires extensive travel to very interior locations in every State thus willingness to independently travel without hesitation is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for ensuring uniform / timely implementation of ER processes from end to end across HDFC Bank.

- Decide on the action to be taken on deviant practices/behaviors reported to ER team.

- Ensure consistency in action taken in respect of cases reported to ER team.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance of Labour law notices.

- Providing analytical reasoning to senior Management of Labour law notices.

- Responsible for dealing of legal cases in a timely manner.

- Responsible for effectively defending the bank's interest before various legal forums.

- Act as bouncing board for employee oriented legal issues.

- Provide support and subject matter expertise to the business/ admin on the ER policies/ process.

- Responsible for providing strategic inputs to business/ state holders in respect of legal cases.

- Responsible for providing legal inputs to the group companies in case of Labour issues.

- Responsible for maintaining cordial rapport various Labour authorities across the country.

- Responsible for ensuring publication of ER data to various stake holders on a periodic basis to drive awareness and as matter of strategic input.

- Responsible for bringing about progressive policy changes in the area of employment and Labour.

- Responsible for monitoring the ER delivery by the Regional Resources.

- Conducting awareness programs on ER for the employees across the Bank.

- Smooth execution of performance improvement process Pan India.

Salary Offered : Upto 12 LPA
