HDFC Bank - Legal Manager - Retail Branch Banking (4-10 yrs)
1. To advise and support Branch Banking Team of respective Region on day to day legal queries, issues and litigations.
2. To handle litigations pertaining to Infrastructre, WBO and Branch Banking Team and effectively monitor such litigations and expedite the same.
3. To vetting written statements, reply versions, plaints, petitions, counters etc., and assessing contentious and uncontroversial issues within the legal perspective & statutes, and finalization.
4. To drafting & vet replies to legal notices, customer complaints, third party correspondence, statutory authorities etc.,
5. To attend court matters, briefing advocates / counsels from time to time
6. To update Legal cases portal and provide MIS from time to time.
7. To support Corporate Legal Department in other matters that may be referred to by Seniors from time to time.
Please note that as the role involves a lot of interaction with local authorities, Candidates from Gujarat / Based in Gujarat will be preferred
